How to Request Information
The Douglas County LEPC will make the fullest possible disclosure of records to the public consistent with the provisions of the “Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) US Code 42 Chapter 116 Subchapter III §11022 and 11044 also known as the “Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986” (SARA), and the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA).
All requests for records must be completed using the Electronic Information Request Form and submitted by e-mail to LEPC@sheriff.net. Once the requested information is gathered the Requestor will be contacted and arrangements will be made for them to visit the Douglas County Sheriff's Office of Emergency Management to obtain the information
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office of Emergency Management is located within the Robert Christensen Justice Center at 4000 Justice Way, Castle Rock, CO. The official designated to be responsible for the records is the Director of Emergency Management. Business hours are 09:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays).
FEES
The Douglas County LEPC does not charge for reproduction of requested information.
