Region 3 - Alerts and Warnings Area
Boundaries: North boundary is County Line Road; East boundary is First Street in Grandview Estates and West Parker Road as it follows the Northwest section line; South boundary is the southern boundary of City of Lonetree; West boundary is the creek, called Big Dry Creek, that runs north south through the Links Golf Course, Dry Cheese Ranch and Highlands Heritage Park.

Douglas County Emergency Management will determine on an as needed basis information that will be disseminated through the alert and warnings subscription service.
This system will only be used in situations requiring notification to the public of impending emergencies/disasters. This system will not be used as a tool for routine notification of impending severe weather or other routine information. The Office of Emergency Management will monitor all potential emergency situations within Douglas County and will, when deemed appropriate, make a decision to use of the emergency Alert System.
This service is not intended to repeat information disseminated by the National Weather Service or other commercial weather notification web sites and other media sources.
