Douglas County deputies arrest a 15 year old juvenile shortly after being called to a Castle Pines North convenience store in reference to a robbery.
On 10/09/10 at around 09:41 am, deputies responded to the Shell gas station in Castle Pines North in reference to a robbery that had just occurred. The clerk relayed that a white male came up to the counter and asked for cigarettes. When the clerk put the cigarettes on the counter, the white male pulled a pistol from his waistband and pointed it at the clerk. The suspect then took a pack of cigarettes and fled the store on foot.
Patrol deputies responded to the area and located the male, who matched the description given by the clerk. He was taken into custody without incident.
The 15 year old, from Castle Rock, faces charges of Aggravated Robbery, Menacing, and Theft.
