Highlands Ranch Substation temporarily suspends operations until further notice

On 09/14/12 around 12:00 P.M., due to construction in the Highlands Ranch area, service to a fiber optic line was disrupted. This has caused operations at the Highlands Ranch Substation to be temporarily suspended until further notice. Fingerprinting, records requests, jail video visitation and paying of traffic fines will not be available at the substation. It is recommended that people needing these services, to go to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in Castle Rock.

The Highlands Ranch Substation will still be open during normal business hours, however, limited services will be provided.  If you need to make a report, you can still call our dispatch center at 303-660-7500, or in an emergency, please dial 911.

We will notify the public when the substation is back in full service. We are expecting services to be unavailable for up to a week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
