DOUGLAS COUNTY – Create a lucky strike and a lucky break for high school students by bowling with deputies in the Blue Thunder Bowling Tournament March 25th.
Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputies will be bowling to give Ron King Student Financial Assistance Grants to students to help pay for their books, supplies, registration fees or anything else that helps them stay and succeed in school.
Guts or gutters? The Blue Thunder Bowling Tournament is one night only, Monday, March 25, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Brunswick Zone in Lone Tree.
Just four friends per team, 12 strikes and you’ve got game! Create your team right away. The cost is $25 per person. That includes three games of bowling, shoes and a pizza/soda buffet. There will be a short presentation of the winners of the tournament immediately following the last game.
Gather your co-workers, friends, and families for a night of fun and support for our local youth!! If you have questions or need more information, email Julie Widmer at JWidmer@DCsheriff.net..
Create some Blue Thunder and let the pins fall where they may!
