Health Insurance—Aetna provides medical and prescription services through a networks of doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Employees can choose from either HMO, POS, or HSA options.

Dental Insurance—Delta Dental Plan of CO provides a full range of dental services through Delta’s network of dentists and specialists. County employees may choose from three different plan options.

Vision Plan—Vision Service Plan offers a comprehensive vision care program designed to provide you with professional services and high quality lenses and frames through a network of providers.

Pre-Tax Supplemental Plans—AFLAC Personal Accident Plan, AFLAC Cancer Plan, Payflex offers Medical Reimbursement, Dependent Care and Adoption options.

Deferred Compensation—Voluntary Retirement Plan through Nationwide Retirement Solutions, ICMA, or CCOERA. These are 457 tax-deferred plans.

401(a) Defined Contribution Plan—Employees provide a 6% or 8% mandatory contribution and in turn, Douglas County contributes 8%, according to a defined vesting schedule.
