This division does just what it says; it supports the entire Douglas County Sheriff’s Office with state of the art technology.
The division includes these units and programs:
- Community Resources
- Concealed handgun permits
- Dispatch communications and the Douglas Regional 9-1-1 Communications Center
- Fleet Maintenance – The unit oversees about 250 pieces of equipment and vehicles at the DCSO. The fleet transportation manager works with the Douglas County Fleet Manager, mechanics and Douglas County’s Facilities, Fleet, and Emergency Support Services.
- Gate Codes
- Reserve deputies
- Technology Services
The division also partners with the Fire Chiefs Association.
