Update on: Indecent exposure Metro Crime Stoppers Alert

UDPATE 10/23/14 @11:30 a.m.

A 23-year-old male from Highlands Ranch was taken into custody last night for indecent exposure in reference to the Metro Area Crime Stoppers Alert that was sent out yesterday.

Douglas County Sheriff Tony Spurlock thanks the public for calling in tips that helped catch the suspect.

The suspect was arrested yesterday evening and then bailed out of jail on $1,750 bond.  He was arrested on the charge of a class 1 misdemeanor of indecent exposure. At this hour, he has not been charged.

The alleged exposure happened on October 9, 2014 around 5:00 p.m. (see more below.)

Further investigation still need to be completed by the DCSO.

The suspect followed women (with their children) around the inside of Target in Highlands Ranch. At one point he passed by a woman with his genitalia exposed. Another victim reported that the suspect followed her around the children’s department touching himself inappropriately. The suspect is a white male in his late teens or early twenties, 5’06 – 5’07, with a stocky build. The suspect was driving a Black Ford Freestyle, 2-door.
