Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Crime Stoppers Alert Plastic Bottles Devices

Douglas County Sheriff’s Office continues to request the public’s help with tips related to the two plastic bottle, acid type devices found in Highlands Ranch parks.

The Sheriff’s Office is continuing our increased patrols in the parks and surrounding areas.

Please be aware of your surroundings, stay away from trash and specifically away from plastic bottles that are capped that may have product inside of them.  Do not touch or disturb, stay away and call 911.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is looking for individual(s) responsible for leaving homemade plastic bottle devices at two different Highlands Ranch Parks on or around February 4th and February 5th, 2015.

One device was located at Dad Clark Park, 3385 Astorbrook Cir., Highlands Ranch on February 4th. A second device was located on February 5th at Marcy Park, 9377 Desert Willow Rd, Highlands Ranch.
