- Training Section – This unit makes sure deputies are trained and up to date with firearms, arrest control tactics, CPR and more. Some of the training is held at the Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Facility. Training serves three purposes. Second, training results in greater productivity and effectiveness, and third, it fosters cooperation and unity of purpose. We recognize the importance of training and are committed to providing the best available.
